Anusha Yadav


Anusha Yadav graduated in Communication Design from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad in 1997. Anusha began working as an independent photographer in 2006 in Mumbai After 16 years of a career in graphic design and advertising. She has exhibited and presented at the Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai, UCLA Mondavi Gallery, United States, Delhi Photo Festival, NCPA Gallery, Mumbai, Vadehra Gallery, New Delhi, Tasveer Gallery, Bangalore, Art Motif Gallery, New Delhi.

Her project, The Indian Memory Project is a self-funded, world’s first online visual and narrative based archive. The project has been invited to speak at the most respected of institutions, conferences and seminars including INK (a sister concern of TED) India and has featured in well-known publications and media, world over. It has now been included as example in academic papers by Universities like Stanford and Harvard.

Anusha is a L’Oreal Paris Femina Women Achiever’s award winner of 2013 and an INK fellow of 2011.
